Hi, I'm Lauren.

Fitness has been my passion and lifestyle for the past 4 years. Prior to this, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Criminology alongside training on and off, with little consistency. My journey, like many others, began with challenges and a lot of trial and error, but it has shaped me into the coach I am today.

My Journey

When I first commenced my fitness journey, I struggled to find a weight loss plan that truly worked for me. The abundance of training styles and programs available left me feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. I tried numerous unsustainable programs, hoping to find the perfect fit, each one leaving me feeling frustrated and demotivated and ultimately not achieving the results I desired.

Despite these setbacks, I was determined to transform my health and fitness. I dove into research, educating myself on different training styles, nutrition, and the science behind effective weight loss. It was through this commitment to learning and personal growth that I finally discovered what worked for me.

Achievements and Professional Experience

My persistence paid off, and I successfully lost 2.5 stone (35 lbs). This transformation was not just about the physical changes but also about transforming my overall wellbeing. I gained confidence, mental strength, and a deep understanding of the fitness world.

To share my passion and help other individuals achieve their fitness goals, I have decided to turn my journey into a career. I currently work in a gym as an Operations Manager therefore, am always surrounded with likeminded individuals with a strong passion for fitness. Despite my role not being health and fitness based, I am asked on a daily basis for my advice and expertise because of my wealth of knowledge from dedications and time spent training, researching and reviewing all the training methods I find work best for myself and others. 

This constant interaction has further enriched my knowledge and passion for training, allowing me to continuously learn and improve my coaching methods. I have become a pillar of information at my local gym and constantly help new people, advanced people and even the personal trainers, exceed their fitness goals.
