Fitness has been my passion and lifestyle for the past 4 years. Prior to this, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Criminology alongside training on and off, with little consistency. My journey, like many others, began with challenges and a lot of trial and error, but it has shaped me into the coach I am today.
My Journey
When I first commenced my fitness journey, I struggled to find a weight loss plan that truly worked for me. The abundance of training styles and programs available left me feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. I tried numerous unsustainable programs, hoping to find the perfect fit, each one leaving me feeling frustrated and demotivated and ultimately not achieving the results I desired.
Despite these setbacks, I was determined to transform my health and fitness. I dove into research, educating myself on different training styles, nutrition, and the science behind effective weight loss. It was through this commitment to learning and personal growth that I finally discovered what worked for me.
